Zachary LeMieux was practically raised in the franchising industry. In 2004, his parents and business partners opened the first Tropical Smoothie Café in Michigan and then went on to purchase the development rights for Michigan, Northern Ohio and Colorado. The gym will open at 22377 Bellaire Blvd., Richmond, in the first quarter this year, according to a Nov. 23 announcement. The gym will use methods developed throughout Mayweather’s 21-year undefeated boxing career with a combination of boxing, strength and cardio conditioning.
